LET'S CUT A RUG TUTORIAL

--> Remember to save often and use my tag as reference if necessary. Used the Drop Shadow: 1-1-50-5 in most layers. To change colors, if you do not know how, see my tutorial here
1. Open Dee's Template. Duplicate. Close the original. Delete layers font info, info and small stars. Click on Raster 1 layer and let it invisible. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (28). Resize 70%. Flip. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to top.
2. Click on bottom black rectangle layer. Merge Down. Click on top black rectangle layer. Apply Penta.com > Jeans > Default. Add a white border of 2px.
3. Click on large orange circle layer. Select the circle. Open BIBI-GALA PAPERS (10). Copy. Add anew layer. Paste into selection. Deselect. Delete large orange circle layer. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (29). Resize 40%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it way down. Duplicate and move it way up. Duplicate and move it to left. Duplicate and mirror. Merge down three times until you have only one layer with this element.
4. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (115). Resize 40%. Mirror. Flip. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to bottom left, behind the star. Duplicate twice and arrange them to fill all space between two star points. Clean all parts showing out elsewhere.
5. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (95). Resize 50%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to left upper corner. Duplicate. Mirror, Flip. Merge down. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (32). Resize 40%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it up, over big circle.
6. Click on grey rectangle layer. Select the rectangle. Add a new layer. Open BIBI-GALA PAPERS (6). Copy and paste into selection. Deselect. Delete grey rectangle layer. Add a white border of 2px.
7. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (34). Resize 40%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to right a little up. Click on pink rectangle layer.Select the rectangle. Add a new layer. Open BIBI-GALA PAPERS (4). Copy and paste into selection. Deselect. Delete pink rectangle layer. Clicl on dotted rectangle layer and change the color to white.
8. Click on small orange circle and change the color to #35417c. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (53). Resize 70. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it right a little up. Duplicate it twice and arrange them around the shapes. Merge down until you have only one layer with this element.
9. Click on creme square layer. Change the color to #bdaf80. Apply Penta.com > Color Dot > Default. Add a white border of 2px. Click on gray circle. Change the color to #8f2905. Select the circle Add a new layer. Contact > 9. Open BIBI-GALA PAPERS (1). Copy and paste into selection. Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light. Click on smal dotted circle layer, Change the color to white.
10. Open BIBI-GALA ELEMS (7). Resize 50%. Free Rotate: Left-35. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to top an place it over the square. Click on large black star layer. Select the star. Add a new layer. Open BIBI-GALA PAPERS (5). Copy and paste into selection. Delete large black star layer. Keep selected. Open your tube close up. Copy and paste as new layer. Position it over the star. Invert selection. Delete. Select all. Selections > Clip to canvas. Image > Crop to selection. Change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy). Low the opacity to 50. Duplicate. Gaussian Blur > 4. Blend Mode: Soft Light. Increase the opacity to 100.
11. Open your tube. Resize if needed. Copy and paste as new layer. Place it at right. Add a suitable shadow. On wordart layers you may apply any effect you want. I used Lokas Software > Gel on cut a rug black layer and a Inner Bevel on let's and tonight layers.
--> Resize if wanted. Add your copyright info and license#. Add your name and save as PNG.
