1. Open a new image 650x550
2. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (58)' copy and paste as new layer.
3. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (7)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 90%. Rotate left 90. Move this layer below the frame layer. Arrange it to the far left (it will appear behind the frame).
4. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (27)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 60%. Mirror. Arrange it to the top left.
5. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (28)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 60%. Arrange it to the top right.
6. Open paper 'RD_LOTI_paper (10)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Rotate left 6. Arrange it inside the frame.
7. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (5)' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top. Clean the outside parts.
8. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (56)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 80%. Mirror. Arrange it to the bottom.
9. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (49)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Move this layer below the grass layer. Arrange it to the right.
10. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (15)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 60%. Arrange it to the far left (will not show it full image - see mine). Clean the outside parts.
11. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (32)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 25%. Move this layer above the grass layer. Arrange it to right, a little below the lights we added there.
12. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (23)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Arrange it to the right by the right side of the little house we just added. Clean if some part shows outside the frame.
13. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (66)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 20%. Mirror. Arrange it as its going up the track on the bottom part of it.
14. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (24)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Arrange it to the bottom left (just a part will show). If needed clean the parts that shows outside the frame.
15. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (42)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to the top right.
16. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (44)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 25%. Mirror/Flip. Arrange it to the bottom left.
17. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (35)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 20%. Arrange it to the bottom left on the right side of the barrel.
18. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (34)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 20%. Arrange it to the bottom left (just a part will show). Clean if some part shows outside the frame.
19. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (17)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 20%. Arrange it to the bottom left in front of the barrel (a little below if so it shows a part of the barrel).
20. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (39)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom left. At this point if something besides the leafs and clovers we added first is showing outside the frame, clean it.
21. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (69)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Move this layer above the frame layer. Arrange it to the top left above the frame.
22. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (48)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Arrange it to the bottom left, above the gold and going out of the frame.
23. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (10)' copy and paste as new layer.
24. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (40)' copy and paste as new layer. Mirror.
25. Open your tube. Copy and paste as new layer. Resize as needed and arrange it to the right of the frame.
26. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (70)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Arrange it to the bottom right (my tube do not have all the legs drawn, so I made this part to cover it).
27. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (37)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom right.
28. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (18)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom right to the left of the flower).
29. Open element 'RD_LOTI_element (61)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom right.
30. Add shadow as you prefer.
31. Add copyright. Add name. Save as PNG.
