1. Open a new image 600x200
2. Open paper 'DS - FTLC -Paper 12' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 75%.
3. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (78)' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the bottom left.
4. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (62)' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it at the middle.
5. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (14)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Arrange it to the right.
6. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (4)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the top left.
7. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (30)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom right.
8. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (8)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Mirror. Arrange it to the top left to the right of the pink one we just added.
9. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (1)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the left below the pink clover we added.
10. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (3)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom left to the right from the green clover we added.
11. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (31)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom left.
12. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (38)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Rotate left 20. Arrange it to the bottom left.
13. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (42)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Rotate right 20. Arrange it above the hat (at the top left of it).
14. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (7)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the top right of the blue clover we added.
15. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (37)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom right of the pink flower we just added.
16. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (10)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom to the pink flower.
17. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (13)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to the bottom right.
18. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (33)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 30%. Arrange it to bottom to the right of the blue clover we added.
19. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (43)' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to bottom so just the top of it appears.
20. Open your tube. Copy and paste as new layer. Resize as needed and arrange it to the right.
21. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (20)' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to bottom right so just the top of it appears (just the pink flowers). Duplicate. Mirror.
22. Open element 'DS - FTLC - Element (79)' copy and paste as new layer. Clean the sparkles above your tube's face.
23. Add new layer. Select all. Fill with white. Contract 4. Hit delete on your keyboard. Select none.
24. Add new layer. Select all. Fill with black. Contract 1. Hit delete on your keyboard.
25. Go to the white border we just created, duplicate 2 times (so you'll have 3 layers). Select each one and add noise uniform/50/monochrome checked. If its better for you change the layers names to 1, 2 and 3.
26. Add shadow as you prefer.
27. Add copyright. Add name. Copy merged. Now lets go to Animation Shop.
ANIMATION
28. Paste as new animation. Go back to PSP, close layer '3' (should be the top one from the 3 we duplicated). Copy merged, go to animation, paste after current. Back to PSP, close layer '2', copy merged. Go to animation, paste after current. Save as GIF.
