1. Open a new image 650x550
2. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_frame5' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 60%. Rotate left 90.
3. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_clovers' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 83%. Move this layer below the frame layer.
4. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower8' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top right.
5. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower5' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top left. Duplicate. Arrange it to the bottom right.
6. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower9' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top left.
7. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower4' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top a little to the left. Duplicate. Arrange it to the left.
8. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower11' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top.
9. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower4' again, copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top a little to the right.
10. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_clover3' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top left.
11. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_clover4' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top right.
12. Open paper 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_paper6' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Clean the outside parts.
13. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_deco2' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Rotate left 90. Move this layer above the frame layer. Arrange it inside the frame.
14. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_grass3' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 45%. Arrange it to bottom.
15. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_beer' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to the bottom right of the frame.
16. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_pot3' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to the bottom right to the left of the green beer.
17. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_beer2' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to the bottom right to the left of the pot of gold.
18. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_coins' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to the bottom right in front of the beer and pot of gold.
19. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_sparkles2' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 90%.
20. Open your tube. Copy and paste as new layer. Resize as needed and arrange it to the bottom.
21. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_sparkles4' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 90%. Mirror.
22. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_flower10' copy and paste as new layer. Arrange it to the top right above the frame.
23. Open element 'CHILI_DESIGNZ_LuckyClovers_rainbow2' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Arrange it to the right.
24. Add shadow as you prefer.
25. Add copyright. Add name. Save as PNG.
