KALEIDOSCOPE WINGS TUTORIAL

for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
I'm using PSP9 to create my tuts.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is coincidental.

--> Remember to save often and use my tag as reference if necessary. Use a Drop Shadow of your preference on layers.
1. Create a new image 650x650.
2. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (54). Copy and paste as new layer. Move it up and to left. Duplicate. Mirror. Flip. Merge down.
3. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (53). Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to right. Duplicate. Mirror. Flip. Merge down.
4. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (47). Resize 60%. Mirror. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it up and to left. Duplicate. Mirror. Flip. Merge down.
5. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (38). Resize 65%. Copy and paste as new layer. Apply MuRa's Meister > Copies > Encircle with settings below:
6. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (31). Resize 40%. Copy and paste as new layer. Apply MuRa's Meister > Copies > Encircle with settings below:
7. Open RD-BeautifulWings-paper (3). Use Custom Selection as shown below:
8. Copy and paste as new image. Canvas size with following settings:
9. Apply Dstortion Effects > Polar Coordinates, settings below:
10. After Polar Coordinates. Resize 95%. Copy and paste as new layer. Add a border using color #452d23 with Eye Candy 6 > Gradient Glow twice, settings below:
11. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (43). Copy and paste as new layer.
12. Open RD-BeautifulWings-paper (4). Use the same Custom Selection used before. Copy and paste as new layer. Apply same Canvas Size. Repeat the same Polar Coordinate. After Polar Coordinates. Resize 80%. Copy and paste as new layer. Add the same Eye Candy Border, twice too.
13. Select inside the frame. Expand > 10. Add a new layer and move it below the frame layer. Open RD-BeautifulWings-paper (6). Copy and paste into selection. Keep selected.
14. Add a new layer. Open RD-BeautifulWings-paper (2). Copy and paste into selection. Blend Mode: Hard Light. Invert selection.
15. Open your tube, place it inside the frame but leave the head a little up. Duplicate and turn copy invisible for now. Click back on original tube layer and hit delete.
16. Turn the copy of the tube visible and move it over the frame layer. Select the top of the hat and head used to cover the frame joint part. Invert selection and delete. Select all. Clip to canvas. Crop to selection.
17. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (19). Resize 60%. Mirror. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to left.
18. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (14). Resize 50%. Mirror. Copy and paste as new layer. Place it over the previous foliage.
19. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (52). Resize 65%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to bottom and a little to right.
20. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (26). Resize 60%. Mirror. Copy and paste as new layer. Place it over the previous element.
21. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (40). Resize 55%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left.
22. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (33). Resize 25%. Copy and paste as new layer. Place it above the bird feeder.
23. Open RD-BeautifulWings-element (41). Resize 45%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and a little to left.
--> Add your copyright info and license#. Add your name and save as PNG.
