I'm using PSP9 to create my tuts.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is coincidental.

--> Remember to save often and use my tag as reference if necessary. Use a Drop Shadow of your preference on layers.
1. Create a new image 600x600.
2. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (47). Resize 70%. Copy and paste as new layer.
3. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (57). Resize 50%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left. Duplicate. Mirror. Flip. Merge down.
4. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (58). Resize 70%. Copy and paste as new layer.
5. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (102). Resize 60%. Copy and paste as new layer. Apply MuRa's Meiester > Copies > Encircle, with settings below:
6. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (46). Copy and paste as new layer.
7. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (27). Copy and paste as new layer. Add a border with color #2b7b40 using Eye Candy 6 > Gradient Glow. Settings below:
8. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (95). Resize 40%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left and place it over the frame border. Duplicate. Mirror. Flip. Merge down. Duplicate. Free Rotate: Left-45. Repeat the process untill you covr all the circle border.
9. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (82). Resize 50%. Copy and paste as new layer. Add a border with color #bfe6ca using Eye Candy 6 > Gradient Glow. Same settings used before.
10. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (13). Resize 50%. Copy and paste as new layer. Add a border with color #2b7b40 using Eye Candy 6 > Gradient Glow. Same settings used before.
11. Select inside the frame. Expand > 6. Add a new layer and move it below the frame layer. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES PAPER (5). COpy and paste into selection. Invert selection.
12. Open your tube close up and resize it a little, if necessary. Copy and paste as new layer. Place it inside the frame and delete. Keep selected. Low the layer opacity to 50. Colorize: 0-0.
13. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (18). Resize 50%. Copy and paste as new layer, Place it inside the frame on top. Delete. Deselect.
14. Click on first layer. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (78). Resize 60%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left. Place it over the frame border.
15. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (43). Resize 35%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left. Place it over the previous greenary.
16. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (94). Resize 40%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left.
17. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (76). Resize 35%. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down. Place over the heart at bottom. Duplicate. Move it a little down and a little to right. Merge down.
18. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (100); Resize 50%. Mirror. Place it over the previous flowers.
19. Open BIBI-FAIRY LEAVES ELEM (99). Resize 30%. Mirror. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it down and to left. Place it in front of the previous flower.
20. Open your tube. Resize. Copy and paste as new layer. Move it to right. Select all. Clip to canvas. Crop to selection.
--> Add your copyright info and license#. Add your name and save as PNG.
