1. Open a new image 500x500
2. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (88)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 35%.
3. Open paper 'BIBICIRCO PAPERS (15)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Move this layer bellow the frame layer. Select the frame layer and with the magic wand select inside it. Expand 5. Invert. Select the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections None.
4. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (31)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to the top. Move this layer bellow the paper layer. Duplicate. Flip.
5. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (70)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 80%. Arrange it to the top.
6. Open your tube. Copy and paste as new layer. Move this layer above the frame layer. Resize as you prefer and arrange it inside the star frame. Clean the lower part of the tube so it looks like its coming from inside the frame.
7. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (84)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Arrange it to the bottom left of the star.
8. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (46)' copy and paste a new layer. Resize 40%. Arrange it to the bottom right of the star.
9. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (27)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50%. Arrange it to the bottom to the left of the monkey.
10. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (45)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Mirror. Arrange it to the bottom in front of the magician hat.
11. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (40)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Free Rotate left-27. Arrange it to bottom next the magician hat.
12. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (10)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Free Rotate right-10. Arrange it to the bottom left.
13. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (44)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 40%. Arrange it to the bottom right.
14. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (72)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 60%. Arrange it to bottom.
15. Open element 'BIBICIRCO (30)' copy and paste as new layer. Resize 70%. Arrange it to bottom. Duplicate. Flip.
16. Add shadow as you prefer. I used 1-1-65-2 black.
17. Add copyright.
18. Add name. I used: Sprinklescolors / size: 48
