Filters used:
Eye Candy 5 - Chrome and Perspective Shadow
(click twice on my EC5 presets to install) 
Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Tramages - Tow The Line
AP [Lines] - Lines - SilverLining

Don't forget to save often.

1. Open the template provided. Duplicate it, close the original. Delete info layer.

2. Open paper 8, Copy paper 8 and paste it as new layer on your set. Layers/Arrange/move down

3. Open element 7, copy and paste it as new layer (right above the paper) - change the blend mode to overlay.

4. Open paper 7, copy and past as new layer. Low opacity to 20.

5.  Open paper 3, copy and past as new layer. Lower opacity to 32 and change blend mode to overlay.

6. Select your heart layer (should be the second one), Eye Candy 5 - Chrome. Use my preset jss-glamorouschrome. Duplicate, move layer down, Eye Candy 5 - Perspective Shadow. Use my preset jss-glamorous. Still the same layer, Tramages/Tow The Line 80, 54, 48, 9. Same layer, AP [lines]/Lines - SilverLining/dotty grid (change all three colors to 255). Rename the layer EFFECTS.

7. Go to the original heart layer, duplicate, Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur 3 - change the blend mode to screen. Back to the heart layer, select inside with magic wand tool, Selections/Modify/Expand 2. Selections/Invert. Select the layer from the two papers we just added and hit delete on your keyboard so that the paper will be only inside your shape. Selections/Select None.

8. Click on the layer below heart layer. Open element 1, Image/Resize 58% and arrange it to the left so it will be outside the shape. If you need an adjustment use the Pick or Deformation Tool. The element is to be used as a lace around the heart. Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Layers/Merge/Merge Down. Go to Selections Tool and create a Custom Selection - Top: 150, Right: 600, Bottom: 300 Left: 0. Delete.

9. Open element 28. Resize it 37% and arrange it to the left so it will be inside the shape. Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Layers/Merge/Merge Down. (if anything is out of the shape or are just unwanted pieces you can use the eraser tool to clean it).

10. Open you tube close-up. Paste it as new layer and arrange it to the right. (above the element 28 we just added). Change opacity to 22 and blend mode to Luminance (Legacy). Go to the heart layer, select inside with magic wand tool, Selections/Modify/Expand 2. Selections/Invert. Select the close-up layer and hit delete. Selections/Select None.

11. Open element 24. Paste it as new layer. Resize it 50%, Image/Mirror and arrange it to the left or as you prefer it to appear. Change the blend mode to overlay. (if anything is out of the shape you can use the eraser tool to clean it).

12. Open element 27. Paste it as new layer. Resize 30% and arrange it to the left so it will be inside the shape. Don't worry if something is out of the shape. Duplicate. Image/Mirror. With the duplicate selected. Layers/Merge/Merge Down. You may want to use sharpen now. Erase the parts that are outside the heart. 

13. Open your tube. Paste it as new layer above the heart layer. Resize as you like and arrange it to the left. Rename TUBE. The next elements will be added behind this layer to use the tube as a guide.

14. Click on layer behind the tube. Open element 17, paste as new layer, resize to fit your tube and arrange to the left behind the tube layer.

15. Open element 4, paste as new layer, resize to fit your tube and arrange to the right behind the tube layer.

16. Open element 22, paste as new layer, resize to fit your tube and arrange to the right. I used the upper part of this element. Use as you prefer.

17. Open element 23, paste as new layer, resize to fit your tube and arrange to the right behind the tube layer and above element 22.

18. Open element 11, paste as new layer, resize to fit your tube and arrange to the right.

19. Open element 3, paste as new layer, resize 80% once behind the tube layer. 

20. Open element 13, paste as new layer, resize 21% and arrange it to the upper left. Duplicate, mirror and arrange it to the bottom right.

21. Open element 10, paste as new layer above the tube layer. Resize as you prefer and arrange it to the upper right like the butterfly is on the heart. Use the pick or Deformation Tool to rotate it slightly to the left. Duplicate, resize  a little more, mirror and arrange it to the bottom left.

22. Select the layer FRAME (should be the first), add a new layer, move down. Selections/Select all. Flood fill with white. Selections/Modify/Contract 4. Hit delete on your keyboard. Slections/Select None. Adjust/Add-Remove Noise/Add Noise - Uniform, 20, Monochrome selected. On the frame layer Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow - 1, 1, 65, 2 black.

You can add shadow to the elements and tube as you prefer. I used the same shadow from the frame on mine.

Add the copyright info and Name (only used the same Drop Shadow on Name).

For animation:

1. For now leave the TUBE layer invisible. Select the EFFECT layer. Using the magic wand - Tolerance: 30 Feather: 0, Antialias: not marked - select the lines from the filter we added earlier. Don't worry if its outside the heart. Just select as many as you like. I selected only the left side and duplicated/mirror later.

2. As soon as your satisfied, Selections/Promote selection to layer. Selections/Select None. Now Duplicate the Layer. Image/Mirror. Layers/Merge/Merge Down.

3. Rename ANI and duplicate it 2 times (you should have a total of 3 layers now).

4. Select the first ANI layer, Xenofex 2/Constellation with these settings:



5. Select Copy of ANI layer and apply the same as above, don't forget to hit random now.

6. Select Copy (2) of ANI and the same as above. Don't forget to hit random again.

7. Go to the heart layer, select inside with magic wand tool, Selections/Modify/Expand 1. Selections/Invert. Select each ANI layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Turn your TUBE layer visible again.

8. Close Copy of ANI and Copy (2) of ANI. Edit/Copy Merged. Go to Animation Shop. Paste as new animation.

9. Back to PSP, close ANI, open Copy of ANI. Edit/Copy Merged. Go to Animation Shop. Paste After current. 

10. Back to PSP, close Copy of ANI, open Copy (2) of ANI. Edit/Copy Merged. Go to Animation Shop. Paste After current. 

11. Edit/Select all. Animation/Frame Properties - change to 15.
